Torrential rains caused a new flood in Western Japan. Two people can’t be found. Because of the floods highways and trackage are being destroyed.In Kyoto and Osaka just for a hour the water column was increase with 110 mm.

National Weather Service issued a warning to Japan for even more heavy rain.In Osaka was flooded the metro and because of it the people had to be immediately evacuated.The metro link Tokyo and Osaka is suspended indefinitely.

Weathermen said that improvement in time over the next few days is not expected.
