Harumi area was busy on previous Sunday,people gathered to watch so called ”Fire Fighting Water Pageant”

What exactly was the event?
Fire boats gathered to simulate shooting streams from the water in five different colors. The earthquake that happened in East Japan for first time since two years,it was held in Tokyo as part of ”Tokyo Port Festival.”

People were impressed how well the Japanese fire department simulated dangerous situations,representing how well they can take care of a situation in which most people would panic.
